Conditions for all categories :

 crew, mega crew, duo, solo and kids

• A dancer can enter all categories, the registration fees are 10€ per dancer and per category ( except mega crew 20€ per dancer)

• Your soundtrack should be sent before February 15th 2020 to dancehallmaster.world@gmail.com . You should also have a copy on a USB support with you during the competition.

• For all the dancers who will come straight in Paris, they have to create only ONE SHOW for the pre-selection and competition. Judges are not the same for pre-selection and contest.

Criteria to enter the contest :

• Crew from 3 to 10 members

• All ages , Male & female

• Send back the following informations by mail : name of the crew, number and names of dancers, country/city, phone number of the person in charge of the crew to dancehallmaster.world@gmail.com

• 10€ registration fee per dancer, must be paid just before the pre-selection. 

• A dancer can enter the contest with one team only.

10 crew will be pre-selected .

The Contest :

 

The running order will be established before the competition start.

First Stage

Show lenght :  3 min maximum.

• ⚠️Each crew's soundtrack at least 50% DANCEHALL MUSIC  !!!

 4 crews will be selected for the final.

 

The Final :

​

The 4 crews will have a choreographic challenge.

 

The challenge :

Create a show with one soundtrack and an external component that will be revealed on the day of the contest in an alloted time.

The soundtrack lenght will be 1 minute maximum.

All crews will have the same song and component for the show.

Fashion is not a critarion for the final. You can use the same than the first stage.

The external component can be a choreographic indication, an object to include in your show…

⭐MEGA CREW CATEGORY( preselection Sunday 23 February 9h30 AM)

Criteria to enter the contest :

 

• A lega crew represents a country ( it can only have one megacrew per country)

• Crew from 12 to 20 members

• All ages , Male & female

• Send back the following informations by mail : country of the crew, names of dancers,  phone number of the person in charge of the crew to dancehallmaster.world@gmail.com

• 20€ registration fee per dancer, must be paid just before the pre-selection.

4 mega crew will be pre-selected .

The Final :

​

The 2 Mega Crew who will battle head to head :

​

​

Battle showcase : 

Each Mega Crew have to improvise their routine, choreography and freestyle from a song chosen by the dj in 3 rounds of 1 minute.

 

Each mega crew will have to dance in front of the audience.

 

When the time is up, each dancers will have to quickly vacate the stage to leave room for the next mega crew.

 

The mega crew who will adapt the best to the given song and have the best crowd interaction will be the winner.

⭐DUO CATEGORY(preselection Friday 21 February 9h30 PM)

 

• 2 dancers

• Show lenght : 2 min maximum

• 10€ registration fee per dancer
